Prohibited Listings and Activities

You may not use VenasWise to advertise or facilitate illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, stolen digital assets, hacked or compromised accounts, impersonation, malware, scams, or other activities that violate applicable laws.

Listings must not contain intentionally false or misleading information.

We may remove any listing that we believe violates these terms, creates a security concern, or could negatively affect the VenasWise community.

Buyers and Transactions

VenasWise helps buyers discover listings, but we are not automatically a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own research and verifying the information provided by sellers before making a purchase or transferring money.

Before completing a transaction, buyers should verify ownership, access, authenticity, audience information, account history, revenue claims, and any other details that may be important to the transaction.

VenasWise does not guarantee that a seller will complete a transaction, that a listing is accurately represented, or that a digital asset will meet a buyer’s expectations.

Payments and Transactions

Unless specifically stated otherwise on the website, VenasWise does not process or guarantee payments between buyers and sellers.

Any payment arrangement, transfer of ownership, delivery of digital assets, refund, or dispute between a buyer and seller is primarily the responsibility of the parties involved.

Users should exercise appropriate caution before sending money or providing account credentials to another person.
